Terms of use and sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of tickets for shows produced or presented by Scènova Productions. Placing an order constitutes unreserved acceptance of them.

2. Ordering and payment

Seats are allocated at the time of booking, in the chosen category and subject to availability. Payment is made online when the order is placed. The e-ticket is sent immediately to the address given.

3. Reduced rates

• The group rate applies from ten seats at the same performance, within the allocation open for that date.
• Once the allocation is used up, the public rate applies automatically.
• Named concessions are checked at the door; proof of eligibility may be requested.

4. Exchanges and refunds

In accordance with the rules applicable to leisure services supplied on a fixed date, tickets are neither taken back nor exchanged, except where the organiser cancels.

In the event of cancellation, refunds are made to the original payment method within thirty days. If a performance is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date; a refund remains available on request within fifteen days of the announcement.

5. Admission

• Doors open forty-five minutes before the performance begins.
• Admission is no longer guaranteed once the curtain is up: latecomers are seated at the first interval, with no exchange or refund.
• Photography, sound recording and filming are prohibited during the performance.
• The recommended minimum age is shown on each show's page.

6. Accessibility

Wheelchair spaces and restricted-view seats are indicated at the time of booking. For any particular request, call us on 01 99 00 24 40 before you buy: we check the exact configuration of the venue concerned.

7. Cast changes

The announced cast is subject to change. A change of performer does not constitute grounds for a refund.

8. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent to administration@scenova.fr within thirty days of the performance concerned.
